Updating the software or profile

Before contacting support, note the software version of your MyStat.

To locate the MyStat software version

1. On the MyStat, press and hold both the up and down arrow buttons for 3 seconds.
2. Press repeatedly until you reach the Version screen.
3. Locate the FW Version field.
