Can I use a SmarNode to control a chiller plant?

No, a SmarNode will not control your Chiller plant. At this time Carrier devices are designed to control nearly any air side application and do not support Chiller plant control with Carrier devices. 

However, Carrier is an OEM partner of Tridium Niagara and does have a professional services team that supports two options.
