| First Log into ClimaVision Web UI for Users Added via Portals

Once a user is added as a primary or secondary facility manager the user receives an email as below.

• Click the View on ClimaVision Web UI to access ClimaVision Web UI.

• Enter the email address and click the arrow.

A prompt to enter a one-time pin for confirmation is displayed.

• Enter the pin sent to your email ID.

• Click verify to confirm.

• Enter the password you wish to use.
• Click Sign Up

The login password is set, and the user details window is displayed, prompting for user details.

• Enter and select the required details.

Note: Once a country is selected and a contact number is entered the system validates the number for correctness.

• Click Submit.

The login password and user details are set, and you can start accessing the ClimaVision Web UI.
