Can't get past the Gatekeeper Login screen even though the login was a success

We had a user experience this issue where they put in their credentials and got a message that it was successful, but it did not automatically navigate them to the ClimaVision Web UI sites screen.

Here's what it looked like to them:

The problem seemed to be related to the URL they had saved for the ClimaVision Web UI. The URL they had saved was http://login.carrierclimavision.com, which works in most cases, but not this one. Instead of that URL, use http://webui.carrierclimavision.com. It ends up redirecting to the login URL, but in this case, fixed his problem.
