| Overview
The L2-certified installers and above can now add Heatmap notes for their sites.
Heatmap notes allow the L2-Installers and above to add/edit/view/archive key notes about a site/system/zone so that the information/instruction is available for the other installers This helps to bridge any communication gap between the support users/L1/L2 installers.
| Heatmap Notes
The notes can be about an update, upgrade, or regular maintenance,
They can be about:
- CCU upgraded to a newer version.
- Firmware upgraded to newer versions.
- Replacement or addition of a new CCU to a building
- Changes related to the schedules (Special schedules setup)
- Modification of desired temperatures
- Modification of setback temperatures
- Alteration of Tuner values
- Modification to an existing configuration from re-configuration
Anything that could add value to the other users of the site and keep them up to date.
These notes can also save time spent on a ticket by any support user.
This can be very useful when information/instruction is required to be shared with other support users.
Notes can be of the following types:
Note Type | Description |
Pinned Note |
|
Unpinned Note | This category of note will be shown after the Pinned note and sorted based on the latest updated note. |
