| Overview

The L2-certified installers and above can now add Heatmap notes for their sites.

Heatmap notes allow the L2-Installers and above to add/edit/view/archive key notes about a site/system/zone so that the information/instruction is available for the other installers This helps to bridge any communication gap between the support users/L1/L2 installers.

| Heatmap Notes

The notes can be about an update, upgrade, or regular maintenance,

They can be about:

  • CCU upgraded to a newer version.
  • Firmware upgraded to newer versions.
  • Replacement or addition of a new CCU to a building
  • Changes related to the schedules (Special schedules setup)
  • Modification of desired temperatures
  • Modification of setback temperatures
  • Alteration of Tuner values
  • Modification to an existing configuration from re-configuration

Anything that could add value to the other users of the site and keep them up to date.

These notes can also save time spent on a ticket by any support user.

This can be very useful when information/instruction is required to be shared with other support users.

Notes can be of the following types:

Note Type Description
Pinned Note
  • This note category will always be on the top and sorted based on the last updated note. It will be displayed with a pin icon on the top.
  • Pinned notes count will be displayed on the top of the Site Overview page with a Screenshot 2024-08-19 152032.png icon
  • Pinned notes will be displayed on the master tuner page.
