| Overview

Once a CCU is unregistered the CCU remains in the site for a period of 7 days, to support a scenario where the customer wants to reinstate the CCU again.

Post the 7 days period, an unregistered CCU can be deleted from the Internal portal.

Below is the procedure to delete a CCU.

Deleting CCU in ClimaVision Support UI

As a support user.

  • Log into the Internal portal.

From the internal portal home page.

  • Click the menu mceclip1.png option.
  • Click Buildings

The Buildings screen is displayed.

  • Search for the building in scope in the search field provided.

  • Select the building searched for, from filtered out list.

The site/ building and the corresponding CCU details are displayed.

  • Click the edit mceclip6.pngicon next to the building details section.

The Building details and the CCU details corresponding to the site / building become editable.

  • Click the delete mceclip8.pngicon next to the unregistered CCU and the CCU that is to be deleted.

The confirmation window to confirm the deletion of the CCU is displayed, with the Delete option disabled with a timer.

Once the timer expires the delete button is enabled for confirmation.

  • Click the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the CCU.

The CCU removed successfully message is displayed.

The CCU is deleted under the Building details section.

  • Click Save Edits to save the changes made.

The Site updated successfully message is displayed.

The CCU is deleted from the Heatmap page.

And to complete the CCU deletion, the zones created as part of the deleted CCU need to be deleted.

From the Internal portal heatmap page.

  • Click the menu mceclip1.png option.
  • Click ClimaVision Web UI Assist.

The ClimaVision Web UI assist screen displays.

  • Search and select the site in scope.

  • Select the floor in scope to retrieve the floor level information for the floor.

  • Click the zone in the floor plan.

  • Right-click on the zone to delete the zone.

A confirmation window to confirm the deletion of the zone is displayed.

  • Click Delete to confirm.

The zones are deleted.

  • Click Update to complete the process.

The changes made to the floor plan saved successfully message is displayed.

The CCU deletion process is completed.
