| Overview
This article explains how to access the CCU’s browser interface so a user can interact with captive portal login pages. This works for the first generation CCU, not the CCU XR.
| Instructions
To access the Android web browser, first we need to set the home app to launcher.
- Access the settings icon from the notification bar.
- Click Apps to access the apps.
- Select the Browser.
- Click the Browser app.
- Click the Home app to set it.
- Select the Launcher3 to set the home app to launcher
The home app is set to the launcher3, as below.
- Click the home icon to access the tablet home.
| Download and Update the CCU
- Click the menu icon to access the menu.
- Select the browser.
| Setting the Home App Back to ClimaVision Home
- Navigate to the home app settings window, using the steps provided in the previous section.
- Select the Symbol to set the ClimaVision home app.
The home is set back to the ClimaVision home, as below.
